No, I am unable to accept insurance at this time. There is a lengthy process involved in getting fully licensed, passing exams, etc. and then applying to work with insurances. I will likely accept some insurances in 2025.

A superbill is a document that shows a list of services you received and what you paid. Yes, I can send you a superbill document with a list of of services I provided. It is your responsibility to call your insurance and ask if they will reimburse you partially or fully for therapy services received from an out-of-network provider. If they say yes, you can submit a superbill monthly to your insurance.

Credit/debit cards are preferred. Your card is stored on a secure system I use for your paperwork and scheduling, and automatically charges after our sessions.

I can also accept cash in full, check and venmo.

I get it, therapy is an investment and costs a significant amount of money over time if you stay committed to the process. I do offer sliding scale options and do my best to be equitable while considering your needs.
